- Do not cook lamb unless asked explicitly to do so. Out of about 5 tries on four shows, only one person got it right.
- Do what the host asks - if you are given time to cook, cook. If you are somewhere famous, use local ingredients.

Here's my advice to contestants after watching a few of these cooking reality shows:

I read the title and thought it was going to be an entry on something like how to fit all the castaways on survivor into a microwave! Ok, well, it's a bit late and I'm tired and thought it was funny....
I think the He!!'s Kitchen show was pretty mean but I only watched part of an episode before turning it off. We don't get cable so that's about all I've caught.
